Focus-Point Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious hotel in Kigali for a skilled and proactive

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Keep accurate maintenance records and coordinate with external contractors when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
